Itsa me, Kristen!!!

I started filming my movie today. Valedictorians gone wild, if you haven't heard.

In this movie, the following are featured:

- Me giving a sound beating to the saluditorian
- Me bashing around little children who aspire to be Valedictorians
- Stripping during my amazing speech
- Turning over cars that attempt to bypass me
- Giving evil glares to mothers who are jealous that their daughters aren't as smart as I
- Doing math tests in less than 5 minutes, it's quite wild.
- Making out with my Valedictorian trophy
- Swinging my shirt around, whooping like a tribal native, during Mr. Wunderly's sentimental speech-making
- Pushing my greatness into people's faces

That's only like 5% of what this movie will contain.

Wes will star in this as well, Dan will be director.

Pressing on Towards the Goal

Yes this is the name of my blog taken from Philippians 3:14, "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus". I definately feel that I am in that situation right now. I have to keep pressing on for two more days, studying for final tests, and finishing up our last projects. This verse is such a great encouragement and reminder to me that whatever I do I must keep pressing on for God and for his plans in my life. Once high school is over, I'm not done. I have to keep pressing on excitedly through college and whatever comes next. Now is the time to keep pressing on towards the goal!

I hope everyone is enjoying their last few days of high school!!!!

Orchestra Trip!!

You all missed some good times on the orchestra trip...mainly a bunch of guys dancing the entire thriller dance, Rebekah turning in circles (laughing histerically) on the bumper cars, a lot of catch phrase, my awesome dance moves, sea lions, me and Rebekah getting "drunk" (drink up me hartees yo ho!), and some funny signs (You have large physical proportions and extreme size). Oh, and we played a little too cause, you know, it is a band/orchestra trip. I think we took a silver which was pretty good. I have to go get fleece now for my blanket and symbol. See ya later!!!!!!

3 weeks left

Its crazy to think that 3 weeks from friday is graduation! Its kind of sad and exciting all at the same time. I often question if I am actually ready for college and then other times I can't wait to go to CALVIN (cough cough...the best school ever). I guess I just have to enjoy the fun times now and not wish to much for the future, otherwise my life will pass and I will have missed most of it from wishing for the next day.

Like a Pin cusion

I feel like a pin cushion!
I know not something you hear everyday...let me explain. I had a doctor's appointment to have by blood tested for anemia, cholesterol, etc..you know just a check before college. Well, it ended up being more like 3 shots, blood drawn (twice b/c the lady missed the vein), and a chest xray. NOt what I bargained for!! The three shots were menningocoocal something, tetanus, and the cervical cancer one (cause you all know I'm going to be sexually active, NOT!) and the xray is because I always test positive for TB (b/c i was exposed to it when very little) Oh and I couldn't eat since breakfast for the blood tests. I almost passed out after they gave me the shots for real. It was kind of scary.

Yeah so any way now my arm hurts and you all know my complete medical history. Don't you feel special?!
